Sausage sammie: served on our “kick off bun” with roasted red peppers, grilled onions topped with cheese and tomato basil sauce.

Portobello sammie: smoked, marinated and sliced thick with roasted red peppers, grilled onions topped with cheese and tomato basil sauce and fresh cut basil

This slices of slow roasted beef piled high and topped with roasted red peppers and onions. If you like it hot ask for the giardinara gee-are-dee-nada [pickled spicy peppers+carrots]. If you like sweet, just say so.

HOW TO ORDER
1: HOT [with giardinara peppers]
2: WET [beef dipped in ajus broth]
3: SWEET [no giardinara peppers]
4: DRY [no ajus, no giardinara]
5: Luca Brasi [braht-zee] entire sammie dipped in ajus
yes it’s gonna get messy ask for a rubber glove if you need one.
